My practice offers 3 areas of wellness and I also host Divine Structure Biodynamic Craniosacral School and Trainings 1.) As a Chiropractor I use various forms of manipulation from moderate force, to non-force on the spine and limbs to improve joint function. I show patients how to care for their spine and approach the spine the way we care for our teeth; by exercising to balance the spine on a regular basis. Manual therapy/ massage-like work is used which treats the muscles, fascia, lymphatic flow, and circulation. I have a fabulous treatment table that lengthens your spine through traction and directly affects disc health. I am a strong supporter of Pilates, and Yoga to support your body after your back has healed. 2.)
