I focus on treating acute spinal injuries and pain, managing chronic spinal conditions (such as degenerative arthritis and spinal stenosis) and keeping people active through the treatment of sport injuries; all without the use of drugs or surgery. Manual therapies (joint mobilization/manipulation and myofascial release etc.) along with physiotherapies and prescription exercises are my primary tools. Through my expertise and experience in human biomechanics I teach patients how to move more efficiently, avoid spinal injuries and how to safely stay active and exercise. I strive to provide excellent chiropractic care at a reasonable cost.
