The residency he completed was at the highly regarded Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. Dr. Ragukonis was born in the area ofNew Jersey. He earned the theBA diploma in biology from Rutgers, where the school graduated Phi PhiBeta Kappa. Then, he went to at the Rutgers Medical School (UMDNJ) which he completed in 1991, having earned an MD degree.
